Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges, please contact us first for a return authorization. Once you receive a return authorization via email, please ship to the address below. We require all requests be made within 5 days of receiving your item and we must receive the item back within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on consumable products that have been opened, such as candles, lotions, beauty products or incense.
Please submit your return request to MydnytBlu@MydnytBlu.com and include your order number for expedited processing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on a case by case basis, determined by MydnytBlu.
