Thank you for visiting and shopping at MydnytBlu. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Federal Holidays when there is no Postal Service available.
Due to complications arising from the current COVID-19 Pandemic the US Postal Service occasionally experiences delays in their service. A USPS Tracking Number will be issued at the time of purchase that you can use to track your shipment and to contact USPS if any issues arise with your delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard USPS Shipping Rates will be calculated at the time of your order using live rates published by the USPS. MydnytBlu charges only what is charged by the USPS – there are no additional handling or processing fees charged to the Customer, ever.
Customers will be given the option at checkout to choose expedited delivery service, at applicable USPS rates, at time of checkout.
Shipping Areas
MydnytBlu ships to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Due to complications arising from the current Covid-19 Pandemic MydnytBlu is only offering International Shipments to Canada and Australia. We will resume shipping to other parts of the World as those places begin to lift their respective restrictions.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MydnytBlu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT fees, etc.).
Damages
MydnytBlu accepts returns as described in our Refund Policies. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at MydnytBlu@MydnytBlu.com Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
MydnytBlu is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. If your package is scanned as “delivered” but is not present in your mailbox, please contact the USPS to file a claim for stolen items.
