Odin Stone ~ Hag Stone ~ Witches Stone ~ Beach Stone

The Odin Stone is also known as a Witch's Stone, Faerie Stone, Adder Stone, Hag Stone, Great Mother Stone and Holey Stone. Each stone or lot will come in a gift bag carefully packaged for you.
These stones have been found on the beach in Northern California and have been weathered by the waves and time until a unique hole has been created in it. They have been created by water, wind, weathering and erosion and it is believed they carry the wisdom of ages of our ancestors. Each stone has at least one hole.
The folklore attached to these stones is that if you look through a hole in one of these stones, you can see other realms or dimensions. It is believed that if one looks through the hole in one of these stones, they can see into the Faerie Realm where our naked eye cannot see. When in possession of one of these stones, it is believed we are able to ask the Fae to help assist with our short term needs.
These stones are believed to be very powerful and are frequently used as a protection stone worn on the neck to ward off curses, nightmares and negative energy. They can be hung on windows and doorways for protection (with a black ribbon for the highest impact) or hung near your sleeping area to act as a shield for nightmares (with a red ribbon).
It is believed that if you lose your Odin Stone, it will find you.
Holey Stones are most powerful during Full Moons, and at Samhain, when the veil between the worlds is the thinnest.
Each listing is for 1 stone, chosen by me at the time of order. I will choose a stone that I feel resonates with the buyer, and the stone could be one pictured above, but may not be, so please keep that in mind. The pictures above show the average size of the stones, which ranges from .75" in diameter to approximately 1.5" in diameter.
